Why Do We Have A Skeleton?

Skeleton

Our skeleton is made up of a network of bones. These bones provide a framework that holds the body together. Without skeleton, our movement would have been impossible.

The skeleton also protects the delicate organs of the body like the rain, heart and lungs. It gives support to all the soft parts of the body.

The skeleton acts like a system of levers on which the muscles can work, helping us to carry out all our movements.

Below Human Skeleton info from Wikipedia (Read More):-

The human skeleton consists of both fused and individual bones supported and supplemented by ligaments, tendons, muscles and cartilage. It serves as a scaffold which supports organs, anchors muscles, and protects organs such as the brain, lungs and heart. The biggest bone in the body is the femur and the smallest is the stapes bone in the middle ear. In an adult, the skeleton comprises around 14% of the total body weight, [1] and half of this weight is water.
