Why Are Carbohydrates Necessary For Our Body?

We all need a certain amount of food everyday to supply us with energy. This work is done by carbohydrates obtained from bread, cereal, potatoes, rice, etc.

We should always have a balanced diet containing carbohydrates, fats, proteins and vitamins to maintain our health. Carbohydrates give us energy while proteins build up and repair our cells of bones, muscles and blood and make the skin healthy.
