Perspiration is one of the most important ways by which our body maintains its normal temperature at 98.4°F. When the temperature rises (in hot season), the vessels in the skin open to radiate away the extra heat and evaporate our perspiration. That's why we all perspire.
It is like a shower, which washes the body from within.
The fluid flows out through millions of tiny openings in the skin as microscopic drops. These drops evaporate and cool the body.
