Why Don’t The Women Have Beards?

When a baby is born, its body is covered with fine hair which are soon replaced by delicate hair among the children. At the age of puberty, the child gets a final coat of hair, which remains till adulthood.

The development of adult hair is regulated by sex glands. The male sex hormone works in such a way that beard and body hair are developed while hair on the head develops slowly. The female sex hormone works in the opposite way.

The growth of hair on the head is developed while growth of beard and body hair is restricted. So, women don’t have beards.
